Makes 1 wrap
Ingredients
- 1 wrap
- 2 tbsp hummus
- Handful of spinach
- ½ avocado
- ½ tsp spirulina
Preparation

Prepare the wrap
Place the wrap on a plate or chopping board. Optionally warm it for a few seconds in a dry frying pan or microwave so it rolls more easily. -
Spread the hummus
Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus evenly over the wrap, leaving a small border to prevent mess when rolling. -
Add the spinach
Spread a handful of fresh spinach over the hummus. Press it down lightly so it stays in place. -
Add the avocado
Cut ½ avocado into slices or small cubes and distribute evenly over the spinach. -
Add the spirulina
Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of spirulina evenly over the filling. It will naturally blend with the hummus and avocado. -
Roll the wrap
Fold the sides in slightly and roll the wrap up firmly from bottom to top. Cut it diagonally in half before serving if you like. -
Serve
Serve immediately, or wrap it in foil to take with you as a packed lunch.
