We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1-2 business days after dispatch. For other EU countries, please allow 3-5 business days.

Yes. We offer free delivery on all orders over 20 euros. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee applies.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at service@aligma.eu.

Currently we ship to all EU countries. We do not yet ship outside the European Union.

Spirulina and chlorella are both microalgae but differ in composition. Spirulina is known for its high protein content and phycocyanin. Chlorella is rich in chlorophyll and contains the unique Chlorella Growth Factor.

The core ingredient is the same. The difference is in intended use: our superfood range is for the kitchen, our supplement range is formulated for daily intake as a dietary supplement.

Our microalgae are cultivated in Europe in closed systems, without pesticides or artificial fertilisers. Every batch is fully traceable from cultivation to end product.

Yes. Our products carry official organic certification. They are grown without synthetic pesticides or artificial additives.

Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory for heavy metals, pesticide residues, and microbial contamination.

Our pure algae products contain only the algae itself, no fillers, colours, or preservatives. They are free from gluten, dairy, and soy.

Add the powder to smoothies, juices, water, or yoghurt. A common starting amount is half a teaspoon per day.

Each tablet weighs 500 mg. For beginners, start with 2 tablets per day, increasing to 6-10 tablets daily as a maintenance dose.

Yes, many customers combine spirulina and chlorella. If you are new to algae, we recommend introducing one product at a time.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the packaging tightly closed after use.

Yes. You can return unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us first at service@aligma.eu.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@aligma.eu with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
