How to return your order

Step 1 — Register your return Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Use the Register Return button on our website and select the reason for your return or exchange. Please ensure you enter your order number correctly to avoid any delays.

Step 2 — Pack your parcel Place the item(s) in the original packaging or another sturdy box. Attach the return label to the outside of the parcel and remove any previous shipping labels. Please include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number inside the box.

Step 3 — Drop off your parcel Bring your parcel to the nearest Service Point within 3 working days of registering your return.

Step 4 — Refund or exchange Once we receive and process your return, we will arrange your refund or send out your replacement. Refunds are issued within 10 days.

The correct return address will be provided automatically during the return registration process. As we operate multiple locations, this ensures your parcel always reaches the right destination.

For free returns due to an incorrect or damaged order, please contact our customer service team first.


Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Products with a broken or removed hygiene/shelf-life seal cannot be returned or refunded.
  • The following products are not eligible for return: items that deteriorate quickly, items that cannot be returned by nature, or items whose price depends on financial market fluctuations.

Frequently asked questions

I don't have a printer — can I still return my order? Yes. A printer is not required. You can return your parcel without printing a label at the Service Point.

What happens if I don't collect my parcel from the pick-up point? If a parcel is refused or left uncollected, the purchase amount will be refunded minus a €6.00 handling fee.

How long does my refund take? Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving your return.
