Mango–Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

Tropical, fresh, and creamy.
Makes 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • ½ mango
  • 1 tsp Aligma Spirulina Powder
  • 100 ml plant-based milk
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Preparation
  2. Make sure the banana is really well frozen — this creates the creamy “ice cream” texture.
  3. Cut the mango into cubes.
  4. Blend
  5. Add the frozen banana, mango cubes, plant-based milk, and ice cubes to your blender.
  6. Then add 1 tsp Aligma Spirulina Powder.
  7. Blend until smooth
  8. Blend on high speed until you have a thick, creamy consistency.
  9. Too thick? Add a small splash of extra plant-based milk.
  10. Too thin? Add a few extra ice cubes or some extra frozen banana.
  11. Serve
  12. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  13. Optional: top with fresh fruit, granola, coconut flakes, chia seeds, or nuts.
