Coconut Yoghurt Bowl with Spirulina

A quick and easy start to the day.
Makes 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 200 g coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Aligma Spirulina Powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Toppings: granola, fruit, desiccated coconut

Preparation

  1. Mix the base
    Spoon the 200 g coconut yoghurt into a bowl.
    Add 1 teaspoon of Aligma Spirulina Powder and stir well until the yoghurt is evenly green.
  2. Add the chia seeds
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds over the yoghurt and mix through.
    Leave the mixture for 1–2 minutes so the chia seeds can swell slightly (optional but recommended for a fuller texture).
  3. Add toppings
    Finish the bowl with your favourite toppings:

  5. Fresh fruit (for example banana, strawberry, blueberries, or mango)
  6. Desiccated coconut
  7. Serve
    Serve immediately for a fresh, creamy superfood bowl.
