Makes 1 small bowl
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ tsp Aligma Spirulina Powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ lime, juiced
Preparation

Prepare the avocado
Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the stone, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. -
Add the lime juice
Pour the juice of half a lime over the avocado. This adds flavour and helps prevent the avocado from browning quickly. -
Add the spirulina
Add ½ teaspoon of Aligma Spirulina Powder to the bowl. -
Season
Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the mixture. -
Mix
Mash everything with a fork or blend with a hand blender until you have a smooth, creamy spread. Taste and add extra salt or lime juice if needed. -
Serve
Serve immediately on bread, crackers, wraps, or use as a dip.
